Busy

From the same street with my previous post, this a photo of JA bank building I took  a couple of months ago, when I found myself sitting on the bench of a parking lot across from this building. A month later it was covered completely for restoration, oh well, that's what I thought.
Two days ago when I came back there, the building was being pulled down. I was lucky to have captured it :).
For a not-so-big street, this is the busiest street these past days, not to mention the fact that in this intersection we have to wait a long time for the green-blue light.

I wonder if they're going to rebuild it? Or if it just going to turn into a parking lot? I see that happening a lot lately...

It has happened that I caught some building by chance and then found it razed after some time. I usually shoot again the empty lot, waiting for the new 'creature' to grew...

Kaori – Sometimes I think they turn demolished building sites into parking lots until they can demolish more of the nearby buildings and then put up a much bigger building. Or maybe it is like you imply—the economy is really bad these days.

Not a parking lot again, please. I've seen so much paddy field turned into either an apartment or parking lot. I have thought long to post some photos about that, mainly as my personal 'protest' to developer :).

@ Babzy, I rarely go out without a camera, but the problem is, even my point and shoot camera is too big to be ignored by people. I hope I can get a pocket size camera soon.

@ Joo, they're repairing street these days. Many streets look like brand new. It's in my post list actually :).

It must be a strange feeling; one day it's there, the next it's gone.
