Welcome Summer

Time to wear yukata or summer kimono. Each year on June 29 Yukata Matsuri/Festival is held at the Hiroshima University to mark the end of spring and to welcome summer.

Wow, that's some crowd! I love Ukata's, they're so comfy compared to kimono's! Do you have one, henny? I can't wait for the firework festivals :)

Happy Summer to you all, can't wait to see your colorful summer photos :).
@ VP: hope my second post answer your question, yes, they do have yukata for men, mostly come with grey, black or blue colors.
@ Nobu and Kaori: Yes, among other reasons why I love Japan is the festivals. I do wish we can meet some time in a festival. Ukata? Hmmm, that's new for me. In the poster promoting this event, it's written with "yu" character. Any info for me, Guys?
