March 9th, 2008 was my first time buying a "kippu" or train ticket. I went to Kabe which took 1,5 hour by train. I did a mistake, instead of buying a round-trip ticket (oofuku kippu), I bought two one-way tickets (katamichi kippu).
This ticket I bought today at Mihara station, it is about 45 minutes by train from Saijo station. The ticket is bigger than those we buy at Saijo. I guess it has something to do with the station. Mihara station serves both Shinkansen and local trains, while Saijo station serves local lines only.Hiro San: Kippu wa ikura desuka? (How much does the ticket cost?)
Yuri San: Sanbyakku-go-ju en desu (650 Yen)
